Life Membership Eligibility

1. Any individual, with a degree or diploma in the field of human resource management/industrial relations/labour welfare/labour laws and, has at least one year of practical experience in the above-stated fields.
2. Any individual, with any basic degree or diploma and, have at least three years of practical experience in the above-stated fields.
3. Any individual working as Adviser /Consultant to a training agency, or organization and dealing mainly with human resource management or industrial relations or labour welfare or any branch or any aspect of them.
4. Any individual engaged as a full-time teacher in human resource management or industrial relations or labour welfare in a recognized educational institution.
